An experienced nurse practitioner specializing in Integrative medicine
Our individual health is deeply personal and highly complex. The treatments I use in functional medicine are designed to peel away the environmental components that burden the metabolic system resulting in persistent immune dysregulation, neuro-endocrine disruption, susceptibility to opportunistic pathogens, neuro-inflammation, fatigue, and psychological disruption.
Let me help you.
My job is to uncover the interplay between the environmental, genetic, and the emotional factors burdening the metabolic system to improve the patient’s symptoms and quality of life.

I incorporate traditional and holistic healing modalities to guide patients through difficult decisions safely and in alignment with their personal belief systems.

I use the principles of holism and do-no-harm to promote health care in a consistent manner, meeting the ever-changing needs of the individual.

A patient’s quality of life can be improved upon using non-invasive techniques and a dedication to the process of healing.

About Jessica
I am a family nurse practitioner with 15 years experience working in functional medicine. My clients typically have medically unexplained symptoms and/or disorders of psychiatric origin. I specialize in Interstitial Cystitis (Ruth Kriz mentorship) and Integrative Psychiatry (James Greenblatt mentorship). I have extensive experience in treating people with environmental sensitivities from mold, metals, and industrial chemicals. I do my best to avoid medically unnecessary testing and excessive supplementation. I welcome any client who is willing to look deeper and take charge of their health.
